The Race Starts Here...
The Carolina Class Racers Association (CCRA) was formed in 2009 to provide NHRA and IHRA legal Stock and Super Stock racers with an opportunity to compete in a regional drag racing points series, servicing the Carolinas and the surrounding area.
Many tracks have occasional Stock/Super Stock Combo races, and some have hosted long-running series, like Roxboro Motorsports Dragway. The CCRA hopes to be able to bring many of these events together under the umbrella of one series, to provide a consistent race format across a range of venues, and elevate the awareness of all events to the benefit of participants, tracks, sponsors, and fans alike.
